On 12th June 2013, His Grace Panteleimon, Bishop of Congo-Brazzaville and Gabon traveled by air to Brazzaville, the capital of the Congo where he had a working meeting with Mr. Ibrahim Mahoukou, Technical Adviser for Education of the Minister of Education, for the development of the procedures already in place for the formation of the final official agreement between the Republic of the Congo and the local Orthodox Church on issues of education and the setting up of educational structures for all levels by the Holy Diocese in the country.
Immediately thereafter, His Grace visited Her Excellency Mrs. Emilienne Raoul, Minister of Social Affairs, regarding the resolving of issues to do with the orderly operation of the "Agios Eftathios" Orphanage of the Holy Diocese of Brazzaville.
Following this, by invitation, he went to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brazzaville and paid a courtesy visit with His Eminence Archbishop Anatolio Milandou. After the meeting, His Grace returned to the See of the Diocese in Pointe Noire.
