On the night of 8th August 2015, His Grace Panteleimon, Bishop of Congo-Brazzaville and Gabon, arrived in the city of Nkayi in the Congo, to officiate at the feast of the Transfiguration of the Saviour at the Parish Community of the same name.
On Sunday 9th August he conducted a Hierarchal Divine Liturgy and preached the homily at the Holy Church which is under construction. He then attended the festive lunch which was hosted by the Parish Council for the congregation and collaborated with the Parish Priest, the Reverend Fr. Dimitrios Otomba, regarding the continuation of the works for the completion of the Church.
