During his stay in Dolisie for the ordinations of the new Parish Priest of the city, Fr, Paul Diafouka, His Grace Panteleimon, Bishop of Brazzaville and Gabon, visited the Orphanage of the Holy Diocese, where a festive function was organized for the 25 children cared for there.
His Grace spoke simply about the theological meaning of the Great Christmas Feast, while the children sang local Christmas songs. His Grace then gave each child a small personal bag which contained toys and sweets, donated by the Arabic-speaking Orthodox ladies of Pointe- Noire.
He then went on to grant an interview to the reporters of the +”D.V.S+” television station about the presence of the Orthodox Church in the Congo and then left for the See of the Diocese.
