INTERNATIONAL MISSIONARY CONFERENCE at the N.K.U.A.
It is with great pleasure that we announce the Program of the International Conference on the subject: "Soundscape of Africa. Theological, Anthropological and Legal Approaches". The organizers are the Canon Law Laboratory and the scientific association Memory and Pioneering.
The proceedings of the Conference will take place in the Audiovisual Hall of the Theological Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, on Tuesday October 11 and Wednesday October 12, 2022, courtesy of our Dean Professor Christos Karagiannis. The conference proceedings will be announced by the President of the Department of Social Theology and Religion His Eminence Professor Kyrillos Metropolitan of Krini.
The languages of the Conference will be Greek and English. The Conference is the fruit of the kind cooperation of the executives of the Canon Law Laboratory and the Scientific Association Memory and Pioneering. Moreover, it is carried out with the support of the Rectors Authorities, our Dean and the President of our Department and of course the contribution of the Scientific Committee and the prestigious speakers from the Theological Faculty of NKUA and other Greek and foreign Universities. It is worth mentioning the valuable assistance to the members of the
Secretariat and the Support of the Conference, by people who are always supporters of the Canon Law Laboratory and/or Memory and Pioneer.

In the proceedings of the International Conference, the His Beatitude Theodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa will be represented by tHis Eminence Panteleimon Metropolitan of Naucratis, Chief Secretary of the Holy and Sacred Synod of the Ancient Patriarchate, who will also develop a presentation on the subject: “The systematic education of Indigenous staff of the Orthodox Church in Africa as a response to contemporary challenges”.
