In the presence of His All-Holiness Baartholomaios, the Ecumenical Patriarch, on 13th June at the Holy Patriarchal and Stavropegic Monastery of the Holy Trinity, Chalki – at the renowned Theological Academy of the Ecumenical Patriarchate – an Orthodox scientific conference to highlight the contribution of the Chalkite Professors and graduates of the famous School to orthodox relations, took place.
The Second Throne Patriarchate of Alexandria and all Africa and its Venerable Primate, His Beatitude Pope and Patriarch Theodoros II, were represented by His Eminence Panteleimon Metropolitan of Naucrastis, Chief Secretary of the Holy and Sacred Synod.
During this orthodox conference, speakers were leading Hierarchs and clergy of the Ecumenical Throne, as well as distinguished academic teachers.
It is noted that His Eminence the Metropolitan of Naucratis received the noble and Abrahamic hospitality of the His All-Holiness at the Ecumenical Patriarchate, in the Phanar, and traveled to the island of Chalki with His All-Holiness the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomaios, on the Patriarchal speed boat cruiser.
