On 14th July 2015, His Grace Panteleimon Bishop of Congo-Brazzaville and Gabon, spent a day in the capital, Brazzaville, following an invitation to attend the inauguration of the building constructed by the Republic of the Congo, which will house the ministries of the Association des Conferences Episcopales de la region de l’Afrique Centrale – ACERAC.

The inauguration was conducted by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville Mr. Denis Sassou Nguesso, in the presence of members of the Ministerial Council, high-ranking state officials, ambassadors, the entire Roman Catholic Hierarch of Congo-Brazzaville and Catholic Hierarchs from the former Zaire, now known as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad and the Central African Republic, headed by His Eminence the Archbishop of Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Cardinal Laurent Monsegwo Pasinya and His Eminence the Archbishop of Douala (Cameroon) Mr. Samuel Kleda, President of the Association of Episcopal Assemblies of Central Africa.

Following the function a reception as hosted, during which His Grace had the opportunity of discussion with the Presidential couple of Congo-Brazzaville, ministers, diplomats and many Catholic hierarchs, among whom Their Eminences the Archbishops of Kinshasa Cardinal Laurent Monsegwo Pasinya, Anatolio of Brazzaville, Basil of Libreville (Gabon), Samuel of Douala (Cameroon), His Eminence the Apostolic Nuncio of Congo-Brazzaville, Mr. Jan Roméo Pawlowski et al.
